Welcome to a day filled with joy, relaxation, and rejuvenation here at my Healing Pod.
What’s Planned for the Relaxing Day?
Cold Dip Experience: After a cupper and chat we will start your adventure with a quick cold dip to energise and awaken your senses. I will guide you through the process, explaining how you will feel and what to expect. It is just for a maximum of 3 minutes. No plunging or jumping in and your head remains out of the water.
Drumming to Raise Vibrations: We will have a lively drumming session designed to elevate our collective energy and create joyful connections. It’s a great way to warm up too.
Relaxed Chats: Enjoy the opportunity to chat and connect with like-minded individuals over a warm drink, sharing thoughts and insights in a friendly atmosphere in the magical Healing Pod.
Crystal Exploration: We will choose a crystal, or two, looking at the reasons why you chose those particular ones and understand how they can support your week ahead.
Oracle Card Inspiration: Using oracle cards to offer inspiration and reflection for you. The message are often exactly what you need to hear, like it or not!
Delicious Homemade Vegetarian Lunch: Lunch is provided and it will help recharge us.
Soothing Sound Bath: Wind down with a calming sound bath for total relaxation, connecting further with the crystals, raising your vibration, chakra balancing and connecting with your intuition.
What’s the idea of this day?
Though we're not strictly about dancing, I guarantee that after a refreshing three-minute cold dip, you’ll feel inspired to break out into a few moves to get warmth into your body again! Cold dipping is renowned for its numerous benefits, and here's why you should try it:
Boost Your Mood: A quick dip stimulates the release of endorphins, those wonderful hormones that elevate your mood and leave you feeling euphoric. Although the dip is entirely optional, I’d encourage you to try it, just because you really don’t want to!
Reduce Inflammation: Cold exposure can help reduce inflammation within the body, making it a great way to alleviate discomfort and support recovery.
