Having used visualisation meditations for many years with clients and students, my experience falls naturally into teaching meditation.  I feel that mindfulness goes hand in hand with a meditation practice, destined to be shared together in this certified course.

 

This course will be suitable for all levels of meditation experience.  The course will be aimed at helping establish a personal daily practice to enhance your own wellbeing.  To experience the benefits first hand, makes sense before passing it onto others.  Learning how to cultivate your own regular practice.

 

The course is suitable also for healers, therapist or practitioners enhancing your own practice, bringing confidence to the way you present your meditations with clients for their healing sessions.  It is a prefect compliment to a Reiki Practice, Crystal Healing, Sound Therapy, Yoga Classes or Sessions and many more.

 

 

Overview of the course.

 

  • Why is using meditation useful.

  • We will look at the nervous system and the positive changes and benefits.

  • Understand the importance of breathing within a meditation.

  • Coaching Road Map.  Part of the work will be focused on preparing ongoing meditations for clients to use on themselves.

  • Preparing for meditation sessions.

  • Looking at common perceived beginner problems and solutions.

  • How to guide others and groups with meditation.

  • The combination of Meditation and Mindfulness and how they work together.

  • Guided meditation exercises.

  • Different ways of meditation – with movement, using focus, within a spiritual practice, with visualisation or stories,.

  • How to build and write your own intuitive mediations with confidence.

  • Practicing and experiencing meditations of various types.

I have always loved story telling, having a very visual and vivid imagination.  It is a wonderful way of escaping reality for a while.  Living within the world of make believe brings a special way to just let go.  In a way to think about past worries or wondering about the future isn’t real either.  Our thoughts often bring forward exaggerated or false memories.  To replace these with a positive, ongoing habit is a great way to change your thoughts and life.

Your investment will be £152.  A deposit of £52 secures your place.

You receive a certification to enable you to gain insurance to deliver meditation within your practice and for personal use.

If you would prefer a different date please get in touch.  This can be share as one 2 one or in a group session.

This meditation can help with relationships that are still affected by the energy of another person. We ask Archangel Michael to help us with this visualisation. You may find after carrying out this meditation you feel much freer and in your own power and the thoughts of the other person no longer affect you. During the meditation Archangel Michael will draw a figure of eight on the ground in front of you. You will see yourself standing in one half of the figure of eight.

To understand the meaning of crystals takes experience. Using this meditation you can climb inside each crystal to discover what their energy means for you. Knowing the colours of the chakras will enable you to place the crystals correctly on the body during a healing session. Understanding the energy will enhance your ability as a crystal practitioner. A walking meditation

A local place just 5 miles from my home called Witton Woods by some and Bacton Woods by others. A working production forrest that changes throughout the seasons. Beautiful bird song can be heard, deers calling out and the scampering of squirrels. The woods also hosts fairie dens, a great find. Come with me on my walk with a grounding meditation at the start. Baxter the Sproodle loves being in the woods chasing around along the paths and off in the undergrowth.
