Meditation and mindfulness have been an important part of my own personal and professional journey for many years and naturally weave through much of the work I teach and share with others.
​
This certificated training is designed for therapists, healers, wellbeing practitioners and those wishing to confidently incorporate meditation and mindfulness into their professional work. It is equally suitable for those who simply wish to establish a stronger personal practice and experience the benefits within their own lives.
​
Whether you work with Reiki, Crystal Healing, Sound Therapy, Yoga, coaching or other complementary therapies, meditation and mindfulness can become valuable additions to both one-to-one sessions and group work. They offer practical ways to help people develop greater awareness, relaxation, focus and connection with themselves.

An important part of this training is developing your own practice. Experiencing meditation and mindfulness for yourself creates a stronger foundation before supporting others and allows you to teach from experience rather than theory alone.
​
Throughout the course, you will experience a variety of meditation styles, guided visualisations, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices. We explore how mindfulness can be woven into everyday life, helping us become more present and aware of the world around us, whilst meditation offers opportunities for deeper reflection, relaxation and personal insight.

You will learn how to confidently guide individuals and groups, create meaningful meditation experiences, and develop meditations that feel authentic to your own style and approach. By the end of the training, you will have gained practical skills, greater confidence and a deeper understanding of how meditation and mindfulness can support both personal wellbeing and professional practice.

As someone who has always loved storytelling and visualisation, I have seen how guided meditation can create a safe and imaginative space where people can relax, reflect and reconnect with themselves. Developing a regular practice can help us step away from old patterns of thinking, cultivate greater self-awareness and bring a sense of calm and clarity into everyday life.

Upon completion, you will receive certification enabling you to obtain professional insurance and incorporate Meditation and Mindfulness Coaching into your existing practice or establish it as a standalone offering should you wish to do so.

A deposit of £70 secures your place, with the balance payable before the course.
