Usui Reiki Training Levels 1, 2 & Master Teacher
​Reiki is a gentle yet powerful system of energy healing that supports balance, self-awareness, relaxation, and personal development. Whether you are beginning a path of self-discovery or looking to develop professional practitioner skills, Reiki offers a strong and supportive foundation.
At Healing Possibilities, Reiki training is taught in small groups from my practice in Ranworth, Norfolk. My courses are designed to give students not only the practical understanding of Reiki itself, but also the confidence to continue developing long after the course has finished.
A Personal Approach to Teaching

I have been teaching Reiki since 2015 and working within healing and spiritual development since 1999. Over the years I’ve supported students at many different stages of their journey, from complete beginners through to those building professional practices of their own.

My teaching style is supportive but also focused and direct. I encourage students to think deeply about their learning, develop confidence in themselves, and fully engage with both the practical and personal aspects of Reiki. I will challenge students when needed, particularly if I feel it helps them grow in confidence, awareness, and understanding.
Courses are taught in small groups from my practice in Ranworth, Norfolk, creating space for discussion, practical experience, and genuine learning rather than simply working through a set routine.
Reiki Level 1 — The Journey of Self
Reiki Level 1 — The Journey of Self
Reiki Level 1 is first and foremost a journey into self-awareness, personal development, and understanding yourself on a deeper level.

During the course you will receive your Reiki attunements and begin learning how to work with Reiki energy for yourself and others. Whilst Reiki can absolutely be shared with friends and family at this level, the main focus is on your own personal journey, awareness, reflection, and connection with Reiki itself.
​
We explore the history and principles of Reiki, grounding, energetic awareness, hand positions, and practical healing techniques in a supportive and hands-on way.
​
For many students, Reiki Level 1 becomes the beginning of a much deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. Others simply come with curiosity and an open mind. No previous experience is needed.
​
Included within Reiki Level 1 is access to my online “30 Days of Reflection” support programme, designed to gently encourage students to continue working with Reiki beyond the course day itself. The programme supports ongoing self-reflection, regular Reiki practice, and the development of confidence and awareness over the following weeks.

Reiki Level 2 — Practitioner Training
Reiki Level 2 builds upon the foundations of Level 1 and is designed for those wishing to work professionally with clients as Reiki practitioners.
​
This level introduces the Reiki symbols and explores emotional and distant healing techniques alongside more advanced practical work. Students continue developing confidence in treatments, understanding energetic awareness more deeply, and learning how Reiki can be integrated into professional practice.
​
Reiki Level 2 requires commitment to both practical work and continued personal development. Following the in-person training day, students complete case studies alongside an included online support and reflection programme designed to help strengthen confidence, understanding, and practitioner experience over time.
​
This level is often where students begin to step more fully into their own confidence and understanding as Reiki practitioners.

Reiki Master and Teacher Level
Reiki Master Teacher level is a deeper stage of both personal and spiritual development and is suited to those who feel committed to Reiki as an ongoing part of their life and work.
​
This training supports students in deepening their own spiritual awareness and understanding of Reiki whilst also learning how to confidently teach, guide and attune future Reiki students.
​
The course explores Master level teachings, advanced energetic awareness, personal responsibility within healing work, and the practical aspects of supporting and guiding students through their own Reiki development.
​
Students learning at this level are often not only strengthening their Reiki practice for themselves, but also preparing to confidently teach, attune, and support future Reiki students in a grounded and realistic way.
​
Master Teacher level is taught over two days in a small and focused environment, allowing time for deeper discussion, reflection, and practical learning.

Continuing Your Reiki Journey
Many students continue their Reiki development over several years, progressing naturally through Levels 1, 2, and Master Teacher at a pace that feels right for them.

Please note that a non-refundable, nor transferable deposit is required to secure your booking, and the balance of the course fee is due one week before the course date. Once payment is made in full, it is not refundable nor transferable to other dates or courses.
