Join me for a rejuvenating experience that combines the invigorating benefits of a cold tub immersion with the soothing energies of Reiki, Sound Healing and Crystals.

What to Bring & What to Expect
Pop on your swimsuit, pack a towel, and bring some cosy layers to snuggle into after your dip — think fluffy socks, a warm jumper, and something soft to wrap around you.

​

We’ll start with a friendly chat about the magic of cold-water immersion — how it works, what it does for your body and mind, and what you’re likely to feel during the 3-minute dip. Don’t worry — your head stays dry, and there’s no ice to smash through!

​

After your refreshing plunge, you’ll warm up with a comforting cup of tea and slip into your cosy clothes. Then, it's time to head over to the Healing Pod, where you’ll receive a deeply nurturing, bespoke healing session designed to rebalance your energy and sprinkle a little sparkle through your body and mind.

​

The pool has chiller to regulate the temperature and a micron particle filter to keep the water clean and debris free.  The pool is cleaned using an ozone cleaner (Oxygen in the form of O³)  which kills bacteria and viruses instantly on contact and leaves no waste products that cause irritation or cloudy water.

A little more information on cold immersion:

​

Enhanced mental clarity

The cold water will activate the body’s sympathetic nervous system. This helps with mental clarity, focus, and resilience against stress, leaving you feeling invincible after each cold dip.

​

Boosted Immune System

Regular cold exposure increases white blood cell production and improve immune function.  A temperature below 15°C can activate your body's stress response, which strengthens your immune system and helps fend off illness by boosting circulation and nutrient delivery to tissues.

Reduced Inflammation

Cold exposure triggers a process called vasoconstriction, which helps to numb nerve endings and reduce inflammation. 

​

Improved Circulation & Blood Flow

The cold water forces blood vessels to constrict and then dilate once you step out of the bath. This cycle increases circulation and oxygen delivery to muscles, tissues, and organs, which can enhance recovery and overall cardiovascular health.

Enhanced Muscle Recovery

Cold water below 15°C can constrict blood vessels, helping to flush out toxins and metabolic waste, and reduce swelling. This speeds up the recovery process, allowing you to train effectively and more frequently.

Faster Metabolism

When your body is exposed to cold, it has to work harder to maintain a stable temperature, this is called thermogenesis, and the result is you burning more calories.​
