Soul Awakening Retreat 2026

The Soul Awakening Retreat: Connect to Your Inner Oracle

There are times in life when stepping away from the noise, routine, and constant demands of everyday life feels deeply needed.

The Soul Awakening Retreat offers space to pause, breathe, reconnect, and spend time more consciously with yourself within a calm and supportive environment.

Held at the beautiful Sco Ruston Hall in Norfolk, this retreat brings together meditation, sound, reflection, healing practices, drumming, nature, and shared experiences designed to help you slow down and reconnect with what feels most important within yourself and your life.

Rather than focusing on “becoming” something different, the weekend is about creating space to listen more deeply to yourself, reconnect with your intuition, and return home feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded.

Whether you are already experienced within spiritual development or simply feel drawn towards taking time out for yourself in a more meaningful way, you are very welcome.

A Carefully Held Weekend

This retreat is intentionally small and personal, allowing space for genuine connection, reflection, and support throughout the weekend.

Alongside group experiences, there is also time to simply rest, walk within the surroundings, enjoy conversation, or quietly absorb the atmosphere of the retreat at your own pace.

Many people arrive feeling mentally busy, emotionally tired, or disconnected from themselves, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, more settled, and more able to move forward with greater clarity and perspective.

What the Weekend Includes

Throughout the retreat we will gently explore a variety of experiences and practices including:

  • meditation and guided inner journeys

  • Gong Baths and sound experiences

  • drumming and meditation work

  • reflection and intuitive development

  • healing practices and energy work

  • time within nature and peaceful surroundings

  • supportive group connection and discussion

Everything is offered in a grounded and welcoming way, allowing you to engage with the retreat in the way that feels right for you personally.

No previous experience is needed.

The Experience

One of the things many people value most about retreat spaces is the opportunity to fully step away from everyday responsibilities for a while.

There is something powerful about being surrounded by peaceful countryside, nourishing food, supportive people, and the space to simply slow down without pressure or expectation.

The atmosphere throughout the weekend is relaxed, warm, and supportive rather than intense or overwhelming.

There is time to laugh, reflect, rest, connect, and simply be.

Your Hosts

The retreat is hosted by Julie Turner-Adkin of Healing Possibilities alongside Jae Hewitt of Intuitive 5d Healing, bringing together many years of experience within healing, spiritual development, teaching, sound work, and holding supportive group spaces.

Together, we aim to create a retreat experience that feels genuine, grounded, welcoming, and meaningful for everyone attending.

Venue

The retreat takes place at Sco Ruston Hall, a peaceful countryside setting that offers the perfect environment for rest, reflection, and reconnection.

Norfolk is a wonderful county to visit. For nature enthusiasts, the Norfolk Broads are a playground for boating and birdwatching.

For history and culture buffs, don't miss the stunning Blickling Hall, a historic Jacobean mansion surrounded by beautiful gardens.

You can also check for local events and festivals, such as agricultural shows, food festivals, and cultural events that may be taking place during your stay.

Whether you're exploring the waterways, trying the local food, or immersing yourself in history at Blickling Hall, Sco Ruston's vicinity offers a range of attractions to enjoy.
