Sound Healing

There is something very special about being surrounded by sound and vibration. It gives you time to completely relax, become still and simply enjoy the experience.

During your session I use a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls and chimes, choosing and blending the sounds as the session unfolds.

​

Sound healing works through both the sounds you hear and the gentle vibrations they create. I love the way it can bring such a wonderful sense of calm and relaxation while supporting your overall wellbeing – mind, body and spirit.

Every session is different and there is nothing you need to do other than settle back and enjoy your time.

Bringing Reiki & Sound Together

Reiki has been part of my healing work for many years and it blends beautifully with sound.

​

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that encourages relaxation, balance and wellbeing. During your session I bring Reiki into the sound healing naturally, allowing the energy, sounds and vibrations to work together as one treatment.

​

For me, this is what makes the combination so enjoyable. You have the peaceful, gentle qualities of Reiki alongside the wonderful sounds and vibrations of the instruments, creating a session that is completely focused on you.

Sessions take place in person from my practice in Ranworth, Norfolk.
