Designed to support relaxation, movement, and outdoor living, our rotating four-week programme offers a refreshing mix of activities in beautiful natural surroundings. From wild swimming and paddleboarding to the Wildside Sauna and relaxing Wellbeing Wednesdays, each session invites you to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the garden in a different way throughout the season.

This immersive sound experience uses the soothing vibrations of gongs to help quiet the mind, release tension, and support deep rest and relaxation.
Simply lie back or sit comfortably in the peaceful surroundings of the gardens and allow the sound to wash over you.
