I’m often asked, “What is my purpose?”

My answer is simple: your purpose is to be happy

These workshops were born from that question — a gentle way to explore what happiness really feels like.

You don’t need to be spiritual.
You don’t need to fix anything.
You just need to be present.

Each workshop is small — maximum 6 people — giving you a personal, calm experience.

You will explore happiness through:

  • Gentle reflection and discussion

  • Mindful walks to the nearby bird sanctuary

  • Crystals and colour as tools for noticing joy

  • Meditation and a restorative sound bath

  • A nourishing lunch

  • Attend as many or as few suits you

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q1: Do I need to be spiritual?
No. This workshop is for anyone who wants a calm day to notice happiness. 

Q2: Are midweek workshops suitable if I work or have family?
Yes. Midweek workshops run 09:30–14:30 and are quieter. Weekend workshops run 10:00–15:00 and suit families or those who work weekdays.

Q3: What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes for walking and gentle movement. A journal will be gifted to you for writing down thoughts. Crystals, meditation props, and lunch are provided.

Q4: Can I attend more than once?
Yes. Each seasonal edition has a slightly different focus. Returning participants are welcome.

Q5: How many people will be in the group?
Maximum 6 participants to keep the workshop personal and calm.

Q6: Do I have to attend all of them to benefit?

Showing up to just one will help shift your perspective on happiness. Drop in whenever you choose.
