Sound Bath & Chakra Balancing Relax, release, and gently return to balance. ​ For many years, I’ve witnessed the power of sound to bring calm to the mind, soothe the body, and support emotional and energetic healing. In my sound bath sessions, I use chakra crystal bowls and a variety of gentle percussion instruments to help you feel more grounded, open, and restored. ​ The natural vibrations move through the energy system, encouraging your chakras to realign and release anything that may be stuck. You might come away with a sense of lightness, a clearer mind, or simply a deeper connection to yourself. ​ What to Expect: You may drift into a dreamlike state, experience moments of clarity, or simply enjoy a deep sense of calm. Each session is unique, and you’ll be supported to relax fully and take what you need from the experience. ​ Everyone experiences sound differently. Some people feel physical sensations or emotional release, others find clarity or insight, and many just enjoy the peaceful stillness that unfolds. ​ This is your time to rest, reset, and let the sound guide you back to centre. ​What ever happens just relax and enjoy the journey. ​
