Reiki Level 1 — The Journey of Self Reiki Level 1 is first and foremost a journey into self-awareness, personal development, and understanding yourself on a deeper level. During the course you will receive your Reiki attunements and begin learning how to work with Reiki energy for yourself and others. Whilst Reiki can absolutely be shared with friends and family at this level, the main focus is on your own personal journey, awareness, reflection, and connection with Reiki itself. We explore the history and principles of Reiki, grounding, energetic awareness, hand positions, and practical healing techniques in a supportive and hands-on way. For many students, Reiki Level 1 becomes the beginning of a much deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. Others simply come with curiosity and an open mind. No previous experience is needed. Included within Reiki Level 1 is access to my online “30 Days of Reflection” support programme, designed to gently encourage students to continue working with Reiki beyond the course day itself. The programme supports ongoing self-reflection, regular Reiki practice, and the development of confidence and awareness over the following weeks.
