Reiki Reiki has been part of my healing work for many years and is still one of the therapies I love working with. It is a gentle energy healing therapy that encourages relaxation, balance and a sense of wellbeing. There is nothing you need to do during your session other than enjoy having some time completely for yourself. People come for Reiki for many different reasons, and every session is individual. Afterwards, clients often tell me they feel deeply relaxed, peaceful and more balanced. ​ Crystal Healing I have always had a great love of crystals and the beautiful energies they bring to healing. There are so many different crystals to work with, each with its own qualities. I choose the crystals intuitively for you, so no two treatments will ever be quite the same. For me, crystals bring something very special to a healing session. They work beautifully alongside Reiki, adding another layer to the treatment while still keeping the experience gentle and relaxing. ​ Reiki & Crystal Healing Combining Reiki and Crystal Healing gives me the opportunity to bring together two therapies that have been an important part of my work for many years. Throughout your session I blend Reiki with the energies of crystals chosen especially for you. They aren't two separate treatments – they simply work together as one. ​ The result is 90 minutes dedicated entirely to you, with the intention of bringing relaxation, harmony and balance and leaving you feeling refreshed and nurtured. ​ Sessions take place in person from my practice in Ranworth, Norfolk. ​ 75 Minute Reiki and Crystals — £70 ​Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
