Service Description
Energy Balancing Sessions. Sometimes it is good to pause, slow down and give yourself time to completely relax. You do not need to arrive with a particular concern or know anything about energy healing. You may simply feel that you would enjoy some peaceful time for yourself and the opportunity to restore your sense of balance. An Energy Balancing Session can bring a wonderful sense of calm and relaxation while supporting your overall wellbeing – mind, body and spirit. A Session Tailored to You During your session I work intuitively with Reiki and may also bring in crystals or gentle sounds, choosing what feels most appropriate for you on the day. There is no set format because every session is different. I allow the healing to unfold naturally, creating a session that is completely focused on you. There is nothing you need to do and no previous experience of healing is needed. You can simply settle back, become still and enjoy your time. Sessions take place in person from my practice in Ranworth, Norfolk. 60 minutes Energy Balancing Session — £55

Payment is required at the time of booking all appointments. Once the appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice to make your payment. If you need to change your appointment please contact me as soon as possible. Any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged full price.
