Stepping into the Stride of 2026:The Fire Horse, Clarity and Unity.

As the calendar turns and we step into the light of a new year, there is a palpable sense of shift in the air. This isn’t just any new beginning; we are entering 2026—the Year of the Fire Horse.

This rare cycle, which only returns every 60 years, brings with it a vibrant, high-energy spirit. It is a year of passion, movement, and powerful transformation.

At our recent New Year’s Eve event at East Ruston, Jae and I felt this energy beginning to stir as we sat together in meditation and sound, preparing to welcome this unique frequency.

Infusing the Vision: Our New Year’s Eve Ritual

During our time together, we focused on "Embracing a New Earth Within." A beautiful part of this afternoon involved the small pots of crystals each participant held. As the gongs filled the hall with deep, resonant vibrations, these crystals were being infused with the collective peace and individual intentions of the room.

We invited everyone to hold their crystals and consciously energise them with their own thoughts and visions for the year ahead. The sound acted as a carrier, weaving those personal intentions into the very frequency of the crystals.

We chose two specific crystals for this journey:

• Clear Quartz: Chosen to bring absolute clarity to your vision for 2026. It acts as a bright light, helping you see your path with focus and precision.

• Carnelian: With its vibrant fire colours, Carnelian perfectly mirrors the energy of the Fire Horse. It is a stone for bringing things together—helping you unify your ideas, your strength, and your community as you move into this new cycle.

Meeting the Fire Horse

Before the gong bath, we shared a meditation to meet the spirit of the Fire Horse. It was moving to see how this guide appeared differently to everyone—sensing its unique colour and temperament, whether it felt like a wild, free force or a calm, steady companion.

The Fire Horse reminds us that while 2026 may move quickly, we can choose the pace with which we ride it, using that "fire" to fuel our growth while staying grounded in our own strength.

Bringing the Energy Home: A Ritual for You

If you weren’t able to join us at East Ruston, you can still step into your own version of this transition. You don’t need to have the physical crystals to benefit from their energy; simply holding the intention and the "thought" of them is enough to align with their frequency.
