Outdoor Sound Bath Under the Evening Sky Take a gentle pause from the busyness of life and join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound, stillness and connection. As the day softens into evening, allow yourself to be immersed in the healing vibrations of the gong, helping to calm the mind, relax the body and soothe the soul. Surrounded by nature, this beautiful outdoor experience offers a space to rest, receive and reconnect with yourself. Hosted by Shelly from Herons Peace Wellbeing and Julie from Healing Possibilities Friday 7th August Ingham Village Hall Arrive from 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start £15 per person Please bring: A yoga mat or reclining chair Blanket(s) Cushion and anything else that helps you feel cosy and comfortable The first 20 bookings are guaranteed a space, as we will use the hall if the weather isn’t looking good. But pay on the night when we know the sun will shine. Allow the sounds to wash over you, releasing tension, restoring balance and inviting deep relaxation.
